1. About Oji's Enterprises Ltd.
Oji's Enterprises Ltd. is a Jamaican holding company in formation, comprising multiple arms in development: Auto Solutions, Real-Estate Development, Hospitality and Property Management, Foods, and the Foundation. These terms govern use of the website at ojisenterprises.com and any services offered through it.
2. Use of this website
This website is provided for informational purposes. By accessing it you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, not to reproduce its content without written permission, and not to attempt to circumvent any security measures.
3. Bookings and vehicle rental
Rental enquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed booking until we have confirmed availability and received the applicable deposit. Rental terms are governed by a separate Vehicle Rental Agreement signed at the time of handover. See our Rental-Specific Terms for additional provisions.
4. Accuracy of information
We endeavour to keep information on this website current and accurate. Where a service is described as forthcoming, in development, or draft, no contract, booking, or commitment is implied. Status badges and disclosures on each page are the authoritative indicators of service availability.
5. Intellectual property
The Oji's Enterprises name, the OEL seal device, and all original content on this website are the property of Oji's Enterprises Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Jamaican law, Oji's Enterprises Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of this website or any services offered through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
