A Jamaican holding company, being built deliberately.
We are raising J$50 million in seed capital, principally from family in our first round. This is the dossier.
Five arms in development. One of them earning. Four in formation. All held to the same standard.
Oji's Enterprises Ltd. is a Jamaican holding company in formation, comprising five arms in development: Auto Solutions, Real-Estate Development, Hospitality and Property Management, Foods, and the Foundation. The group is founder-led, headquartered between Kingston and St. Mary, and structured so that each arm bears its own liability while drawing on a shared operating system.
Auto Solutions is the most operational arm and serves as the proof point for the disciplines we apply across the group. Coopers Hill, the hospitality project, is in diligence. The Real-Estate brokerage track is in licensure. Foods follows the hospitality and real-estate developments. The Foundation awaits charitable status. Every part of this is published with the status it has actually achieved, not the one it intends to.
Auto Solutions.
Operating · Est. 2022Auto Solutions runs three vehicles today: a 2019 Hyundai Tucson under authorised use during instalment purchase from the registered owners, a 2022 Honda City, and a Subaru Impreza G4 currently being papered. One vehicle operator runs a documented rideshare-plus-rentals arrangement under a thirty-clause agreement, with weekly close every Thursday at noon, an earned-day ledger, a maintenance fund held under a two-signatory mandate, and a payment-to-invoice ledger that does not permit orphan transactions. At the milestone of five vehicles, we apply for the TPDCo Rent-A-Car Company Licence and qualify for vehicle-import duty concessions on future fleet additions. The arm's back office is a workbook today; it becomes the admin portal at MVP.
Coopers Hill.
Pre-acquisition · In diligenceCoopers Hill sits above Red Hills, looking south to Kingston Harbour and east to the Blue Mountains. We have identified the property and are in the diligence phase. The build concept is a phased demolition-and-new-build: six suites, a rooftop restaurant, an infinity pool, and a central see-through elevator. Phase 1 opens with two finished suites and the restaurant; the remaining four suites are completed as operating cash flow justifies.
The legal structure separates strategy, property, and operations into three entities — HoldCo, PropCo, OpCo — so that lenders, equity partners, and operational risk each sit where they belong. The current owner has signalled willingness to transact at a substantial discount within a defined window, which is part of what makes this raise time-bound.
J$50 million in seed capital. First round offered to family.
We are raising approximately J$50 million in seed capital. Our first round is being offered to family — beginning with Canadian relatives whose support has already shaped this enterprise — on a SAFE basis, or on terms open to discussion with the right partners.
Expanding from three vehicles to five — the threshold at which we apply for the TPDCo Rent-A-Car Company Licence and qualify for vehicle-import duty concessions on future additions.
Completing the diligence package — title, geotechnical, architectural concept, QS estimate, valuation — and, if the package validates the project, exercising the active acquisition window at a discounted purchase price.
Completing REB pre-licensing, securing the Salesperson licence, and operating one full brokerage cycle under a sponsoring dealer to establish track record before the development arm activates.
Sustaining the holding company, completing entity registrations, establishing the consolidated operating system, and covering six months of fixed costs across the group.
Indicative allocations. Specific splits are negotiated per partner.
Kenya Oji Levy is the founder and CEO of Oji's Enterprises Ltd. He founded the group at twenty-two and holds the brand, the operating system, and the strategic vision. The leadership group is being assembled deliberately as each arm matures. The founder's sister, a trained chef, is the planned operator of the Foods arm when the hospitality project opens. Advisors are being engaged on a confirmed basis only and are named on this page once their engagement is in place.
What we will not do.
We will not advertise services we are not licensed to provide — we will not raise capital against a project we have not papered — we will not promise a return we have not modelled — we will not call ourselves what we are not, yet — we will not lose the part of the business that does not appear in the spreadsheet — and we will not treat the people who back this round, whether family or not, as anything other than partners we owe a clear accounting to.
Sophisticated capital weights self-awareness above ambition. This section is the closing argument.
