The property is pre-acquisition. The current owner has signalled willingness to transact at a substantial discount within a defined window — part of why the seed raise is time-bound. We are completing the diligence package: title, geotechnical, architectural concept, QS estimate, and valuation.
We will not begin construction until the title is clean, the capital is secured, and the plan is fully papered. This page will be updated when each of those conditions is met.
